About The Callais Family

​​​The Callais family’s history has deep roots in Lafourche Parish. Brent grew up on the bayou and one of the first things he learned how to do was cook. Sarah grew up in Covington, and in fact, was part of the first full inaugural class at Christ Episcopal School.

Our culinary adventure began in 2020, when our family set out with a vision to redefine real Cajun cuisine in Covington. We prioritize using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to ensure that every meal is not only tasty but also packed with essential vitamins and minerals to support your child's health and well-being.
